The Doctor is one of those people who always looks like he’s about to sneeze, but he never does. He spends most of his time holed up in his laboratory distilling that Miracle Elixir he’s always hawking to anyone with so much as a hangnail. Unless the Czar’s daughters are in town, of course, when he’s all social climbing and charm.
