The Ghost of Uncle Joe's is an annual fundraiser that helps raise money for the Historic Jersey City and Harsimus Cemetery, which was established in the 1830s as New Jersey's 1st non-denominational cemetery. Mismanagement led the property to be abandoned and overgrown with vegetation until 2008 when the cemetery was rescued by an all-volunteer group, that maintains and manages the property today. All profits from tonight's show will go towards the cemetery foundation and its mission to bring back life to the historic treasure.
