MEET THE ARTISTS
Sean Kiely is a songwriter and guitarist from Jersey City, NJ. His music lives in the spaces between americana, folk, and jazz — genre-fluid, lyrically driven, and built to reward close listening without demanding it.
His latest single "This Is The Year," featuring Juno Award winner Kaia Kater on vocals and banjo, came out January 1, 2026, and previews a full-length album due later this year. Breezy yet sharp-eyed, it pairs sun-tinged '70s guitar tones and bright banjo drive with close harmonies and an infectious groove. It is a meditation on uncertainty, resilience, and the stubborn hope we carry into every new year.
Kiely's 2024 LP Postcards of the Reckoning was named one of NJ.com's Top 10 albums of the year and debuted at No. 15 on the FAI Folk Chart. His 2025 single "Mother Tongue," co-written with Jean Rohe, reached No. 22 on the Folk Singles Chart.
Kiely's lyrics "summon epiphanies and moments of clarity in the middle of storms." No Depression wrote that his 2015 debut Your Logo, My Logo "is one of those sublime and unassuming efforts that sneaks up on you until you find it won't let go."
In 2025, he performed live in-studio at WFUV New York and WFMT Chicago, opened for Richard Thompson at a sold-out White Eagle Hall, and toured with award-winning Dobroist Abbie Gardner.
Already in 2026 he has opened for Iron & Wine at a sold out City Winery and will tour points south before releasing his third full length LP later in the year.
Kelly Bran is a musician, session flutist, and songwriter from Brooklyn, NY. Her music offers a fresh, tender take on folk, country, and rock, heavily shaped by the raw energy of 90s alternative femme icons. In her upcoming debut EP, she illuminates the complexities of dreams, loss, and grief, ultimately celebrating the freedom to fully inhabit both our heaviest burdens and our most joyful moments. Whether on record or on stage, Kelly invites listeners into a cathartic space filled with intimate stories and an honest sound.
Sammy Mellman is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, arranger, and high school chorus teacher based in Jersey City. He writes heartfelt melodically distinct baroque-pop songs, often ornamented with four-part vocal harmony and brass orchestration. His narrative and whimsical lyrics typically take cues from mother nature and other real-life scenarios.
