Casting "Tracy Jones," a play written by Stephen Kaplan

Synopsis: Tracy has rented out the back "party room" of Jones Street Bar and Grill: the Place for Wings and Things. Tracy Jones is throwing a party to which she's invited every woman in the world who is also named Tracy Jones. Tracy Jones has been sitting for over an hour alone, nursing her Diet Coke, waiting for any other Tracy Joneses to show up. Tracy Jones' epic loneliness is about to be tested beyond anything she ever imagined.
Strongly seeking strong comedic actors of all ethnicities for all roles. Must be local to NJ/NY. AEA and non-AEA actors are welcome to submit.

Submissions will be accepted through May 14th. In-person appointments will take place on the week of May 22nd.

Personal-party-host-with-the-most at Jones Street Bar and Grill, the Place for Wings and Things, eager to make the customer’s experience as good as possible. Any race.

Tracy “Eleanor” Jones: Lead, Female, 40-70
Female. Older than Tracy. A lover of books. Desperate to fit in. Any race.


Rehearsal and Production Dates & Locations:

Rehearsals start Sept. 25; performs Oct. 19-Nov. 5 at Art House Productions in Jersey City, NJ.
