Meet Matilda Wormwood—a tiny, extraordinarily brilliant girl who unfortunately lost the cosmic lottery when it came to parents who prefer television to reading books.
When Matilda enters school, she meets the fiercely kind-hearted Miss Honey, but is also faced with the villainous, iron-fisted headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, who views children as absolute nuisances.
With courage, a sharp mind, and a little dash of magic, Matilda inspires her classmates to stand up to the bullies and embrace their own inner power. Packed with high-energy dance numbers, catchy, rebellious tunes like "Naughty," and an inspiring cast of young performers, this heartwarming romp proves that even if you're little, you can do a lot!
