JAKE SMERECHNIAK* is a Brooklyn-based actor, singer, and songwriter with a deep love for books, film, video games, and creative community. Previous stage credits include Roger in RENT (Umbrella Stage Co.), J.D. in Heathers (Milton Theatre), and Simon in The Legend of the Chalk Circle (Tier5 Theatre Company's adaptation of the Brechtian classic). Jake has appeared on camera in Comedy Central branded content, beside Lauren Ambrose in the 2013 short "The River," and in the web exclusive pilot "Boystown: Your Typical Gay Millennial Nightmare."
