Laughocaine comes to Jersey City! Come see Dr. Walpack as he navigates the mishaps and idiosyncracies of the dental industry. After touring the country with his acclaimed “Oral Fixation” show, Bert returns with fresh jokes about patients, office chaos, and the quirks of the dental profession. Perfect for dentists, hygienists, dental students, or fans of his social media antics, “Laughocaine” is a prescription for laughter. This will be a special homecoming for Dr. Walpack since he grew up in North Jersey and lived in Hoboken!

Bert Walpack is a tall, gray haired, lanky, waspy, father of three who runs a dental practice during the day but keeps his smoldering comedy career alive at night. Now living in Eugene, Oregon he performs throughout country on his “Oral Fixation” show with Dr. Brady Smith. He likes to tell jokes about what it is like to hold needles and drills in people’s mouths. Bert has performed in the Hell Yes Comedy Festival, the B4Udie Comedy Festival, the Portland Maine Festival and Don’t Tell Comedy shows.

Nick Fierro is a comedian and writer from New Jersey. Nick has performed his endearing yet unsettling brand of comedy everywhere from subway stations to punk houses to theaters—and he once performed at Rikers Island to mixed reviews. He started his comedy career as a sketch writer and actor, performing regularly at the Peoples Improv Theater in New York City, WFMU’s Monty Hall in Jersey City, and the Manhattan Neighborhood Network.
