Mixed Media on paper.  13 ”x 10”, unframed.   $400.

Extinction to Duplication addresses how we will remember our world and what will be lost through duplicating their images using toys, carousels and fabrications. The images at times may appear playful, but are actually cryptic in their message. This series is influenced by my childhood. It's sort of like creating a time capsule that manifested in the later part of the 20th century.

Cheryl Gross is an Illustrator / Painter and Motion Graphic artist based in Jersey City, creating original characters that speak with strong social and political commentary.
