What’s it about?

Art House Productions is looking for illustrations for our 2018-2019 season brochure (distribution 5k) and rebranding campaign.

Work chosen will be put into all promotional materials for programming for 2018-2019 including two MainStage Theater Productions, the International Your Move Modern Dance Festival, 5 Visual Art Exhibitions, Educational Programs, Fundraising Events, and more. Tote bags and other merchandise will be created of work with artist credited. Artists will receive all profits made from merchandise with additional promotion through Art House’s social media which reaches over 10k people total.

This is a rare chance to collaborate with Art House Productions, a home for adventurous artists, audiences, and ideas since 2001. AHP’s mission is to engage, inspire, entertain and challenge audiences with highly intentional visual and performing arts programming; provide arts education to promote lifelong learning to diverse communities; and celebrate the essential power of the arts to illuminate humanity. AHP provides a home for innovative performing, visual, and literary artists to develop new work; presents emerging and under-recognized artists who are making significant contributions to their respective fields; and serves as a safe space for established artists to take creative risks.

What are we looking for?

Art House is looking for illustrations that depict the arts and humanity in all its many forms. Theater, dance, visual art (including street art), comedy, music, and any type of performance art are all themes Art House embodies. Theme is intentionally lose. Send us what you already have and we’ll decide if it fits.

Medium?

Work that is easily transferable.  Pen & Ink, pencil, two tone watercolor, fine line marker and anything that reads well on products such as tote bags, mugs and posters.
