From traffic laden streets to mural covered buildings, Jersey City is the home to over two-hundred and sixty thousand populates, earning it the title of the second most populated city in New Jersey. Being situated between the Hudson River and the Newark Bay allows citizens of Jersey City easy access to Manhattan, NY, thus transforming Jersey City into one of the nation’s largest downtown central business districts. Though Jersey City has been dubbed the “Wall Street West”, it is definitely not lackluster in areas of familial fun, the arts, and cultural representation. With different local markets, fairs, festival and other pop-up activities offered almost daily, residents and visitors alike will have no trouble finding things to do to pass the time. All in all, Jersey City extends the perfect balance of profession and pleasure. While it was established in the 1800’s, Jersey City may be old, but it will forever remain gold.
